• Deonte C. Holland, 29, of the 600 block of Dalton Street was charged Friday with first-degree fleeing/evading police, possession of burglary tools and receiving stolen property over $1,000.
• Kimberly G. Dean, 43, address unknown, was charged Sunday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Demetrius Ward, 35, of the 1700 block of Payne Avenue, was charged Sunday with disarming a peace officer and third-degree assault (EMS, fire, rescue squad).
