• Starla Marie Ezell, of Beechmont, Ky., was charged Saturday with trafficking in controlled substance (carfentanil or fentanyl derivatives).
• Kalin White, 24, homeless, was charged Saturday with second-degree burglary and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Ryan O. Robinson, 39, of the 1500 block of Jackson Street was charged Sunday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (cocaine).
• Arles Gene Young, 43, of Lewisport was charged Sunday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
