Everetta L. Moseley, 51, of the 3200 block of Buckland Square was charged with failure to illuminate headlamps and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence.

India F. Hill, 25, of the 300 block of Hale Avenue was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence (aggravated circumstances), first offense.

Jamal A. Dean, 22, of the 1300 block of W. 7th Street was charged with improper turning and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence (aggravated circumstances), first offense.

Benedict F. Medley, 49, of the 4600 block of New Hartford Road was charged with giving an officer false identifying information, theft of identity and trafficking in a controlled substance (meth).

Aaron S. Teasley, 32, of the 2900 block of Delaware Drive was charged with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth), first offense.

Nathan M. Payne, 40, of the 4000 block of Yates Drive was charged Sunday with theft by unlawful taking, drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance (meth).

Tresia Howard, 56, of the 1600 block of W. 4th Street was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance in the second degree, first offense (drug unspecified).

Joseph P. Edge, 57, of the 2500 block of Gallahadion Court was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and for a prescription controlled substance not in its proper container, first offense.
