• Krystal G. McLimore, 40, of the 0-100 block of Colonial Court was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Stephen J. Reed, 45, of the 600 block of Orchard Street, was charged Thursday with receiving stolen property over $1,000 and second-degree fleeing and evading police.
