• Halley Whitaker, 28, of the 1700 block of Mconnell Avenue was charged Thursday with possession of a controlled substance first-degree, first offense (opiates), possession of a prescription controlled substance not properly contained first offense.
• Christopher L Ferguson, 33, of the 3000 block of Rudy Martin Drive was charged Thursday with burglary third-degree.
• Junior LH Poole, 40, of 1000 block of West 7th Street was charged Thursday with possession of a controlled substance first-degree, first offense (meth), drug paraphernalia-buy/possess.
• Jack Martin, 55, address unknown was charged Friday with criminal possession of forging implements second-degree (summons).
