• Brandon Higdon, 21, of the 2000 block of E. 4th Street was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Josue Castellanos, 23, of the 900 block of Cedar Street was charged Thursday with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
