• Megan Stout, 22, of the 1300 block of Bowie Trail was charged Thursday with first-degree trafficking a controlled substance (fentanyl), first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth) and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Adajia M. Phillips, 21, of the 2900 block of Legion Park Drive was charged Thursday with first-degree trafficking a controlled substance (carfentanil or fentanyl derivatives) and first-degree trafficking a controlled substance (meth).
• Devontavius Chamberlain, 21, of the 2900 block of Legion Park Drive was charged Thursday with first-degree trafficking a controlled substance (carfentanil or fentanyl derivatives) and first-degree trafficking a controlled substance (meth).
