• Ciara D. Poston, 27, of the 2800 block of West 4th Street was charged Thursday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (carfentanil or fentanyl derivatives) and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Bruce A. Hamilton, 46, of the 2700 block of West 9th Street, was charged Friday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
