Jeremy W. Thurman, 47, of the 2600 block of Concord Terrace was charged Thursday with trafficking in methamphetamine (second offense).
Budge Roach, 30, of the 2000 block of McFarland Avenue was charged Tuesday with criminal trespassing and possession of methamphetamine.
