• Dre’vontae Laderious Peoples, 29, from the 1600 block of Center Street was charged Thursday with failure to use or improper signal, failure to produce an insurance card, possession of marijuana, trafficking in a controlled substance, and second offense (carfentanil or fentanyl derivatives).
