• Jose Francisco Lopez-Morales, 20, from the 1600 block of Lee Court was charged Friday with operating a vehicle while under the influence.
• Phillip Charles Lang Keon, 22, from the 3800 block of Mclntire Crossing was charged Friday with careless driving and operating a vehicle while under the influence.
