• Paul G. Wright Jr., 58, of the 4200 block of Scotty Lane was charged Thursday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth) and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Martin R. Cook, 45, of the 2400 block of West 7th Street was charged Thursday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth).
• Hallie Renfrow, 31, of the 2200 block of Old Henderson Road was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Derek B. Willenborg Sr., 35, homeless, was charged Thursday with receiving stolen property over $1,000 and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
