Virgil Clifton Sallee Jr., 60, of Owensboro, passed away on Monday, July 19, 2021. He was born December 24, 1960 in Key West, Florida to the late Virgil Clifton Sallee Sr. and Shelby Jean McKinney Sallee. Virgil had worked as a cook at the Cadillac Motel and loved cooking.
He is survived by his brother, Milton C. Sallee (Christina); sister, Pamela Mae Sallee Renfrow; and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial service will be at 10 a.m. on Thursday in the chapel at James H. Davis Funeral Home & Crematory. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time on Thursday at the funeral home.
