GREENVILLE – Carrol Morton Grundy, 73, of Greenville, died Sunday, April 20, 2025 at 1:10PM at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital in Owensboro. Mr. Grundy was born December 1, 1951 in Muhlenberg County. He was a member of Luzerne Baptist Church and retired from TVA. He was a fan of KY Basketball and was very much in favor of the recent hire, Mark Pope. He was devoted to his family and friends. He never met a stranger and always enjoyed spending time in conversation with others. Community service was a big part of his heart. He delivered food to the elderly all over Muhlenberg County. He was preceded in death by his spouses, Susan Grundy and Martha Grundy; brothers, Jerry Grundy and Curtis Grundy; and parents, Sherman and Louise Grundy.
He is survived by his son, Jason (Amanda) Grundy; step-daughter, Melissa (Eric) Felker; sisters JoAnn (Walton) Russ, Doris (Clay) Cessna; grandchildren, Jayden Grundy, and Sierra Grundy; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, April 23, 2025 at 12PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Bro. Donald McGehee officiating, assisted by Bro. Kerry Vincent. Burial in Gish Cemetery.
