
Larry E. Hermann, 66, of Hanson, passed away Thursday, April 17, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. He was born May 18, 1958, to the late Thomas Anthony and Margaret Louise Hermann. Larry retired from Mount Saint Joseph after 32 years of service. He had a deep love for the outdoors that was evident in everything he did. Larry found solace in nature, whether he was hunting or feeding the deer that wandered into his yard. Those who knew him admired his craftsmanship, as he reveled in woodworking, creating pieces that reflected his creativity and love for the outdoors.
In addition to his parents, Larry is preceded in death by a sister, Janice Hermann, and brother, Michael Hermann.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 32 years, Cathy Hermann; bonus mom, Helen Hermann; brothers, Tommy Hermann (Yvonne) and John Hermann (Debbie); sisters, Judy Woellhof (Gary), Mary Jo Koller (Nate) and Jeanne Hayden (Brian); God child, Andrea Seets; his beloved dog, Max; as well as many nieces and nephews.
The funeral Mass for Larry will be 10 AM Friday, April 25, at Immaculate Parish. Visitation will be Thursday from 4 PM until 8 PM at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory, with prayers taking place at 7:30, and Friday, from 9 AM until start of Mass at the church.
