Brandon James Hollis, 26, of Owensboro, passed away Wednesday April 16, 2025. He was born March 2, 1999, in Gallatin, TN. Brandon was a very creative person, always humble, very family-oriented, and loved his babies with all his heart. Along with loving his family, he worked for Cabinets Unlimited as a carpenter, enjoyed spending time with his close friends Shawn, Brad, Thomas, and Michael, and caring for his dog, Loki Cletus. Outside of time with his family and friends he could be found enjoying the outdoors, watching documentaries on TV, and had a passion for getting his many tattoos. To escape the crazy busy world and find mental therapy for himself he could be found skateboarding or listening to all types of music.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Avery Rose Hollis; and an uncle, T.J. Weatherby.
Brandon is survived by his wife, Aubren Hollis; his children, Leelynn Hollis, Lainey Hollis, and Grayson Hanley; his parents, Summer Pearl Doughty, Kimberly (Sarah) Duncan, and James (Nacole) Hollis; siblings, Carrie (Junior) Alley, Aaron Hollis, Lilly Hollis, Luca Hollis, Chryslyn Doughty, and Dameron Doughty; and his grandparents, Tim (Bobbi) Pearl, Anita Duncan, and Betty (Miles) Mayo.
The memorial service for Brandon will be at 2 p.m. Saturday April 26, 2025, at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory, where visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
