POWDERLY – Richard Hobert Pendley, 69, of Powderly, died Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at 3:20PM under the care of Hospice of Ohio County. Mr. Pendley was born June 22, 1955 in Muhlenberg County. He was an avid UK fan, enjoyed building model cars, and fishing. He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Madeline Pendley; and siblings, Buddy Pendley, Janice Clemons, Brenda Majors, Lavonne Stokes, and Shelia Bryant.
He is survived by his daughters, Nicky Collier, and Whitney Pendley, grandchildren, Levi Pendley, Kyler Hightower, and brother, Steve (Marilyn) Pendley.
Graveside services will be Friday, April 25, 2025 at 12PM at Memorial Gardens in Powderly with Bro. Jewel Martin officiating. Burial to follow. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com. Tucker Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
