Dwight ‘Ikey’ Horsley, age 72 of Westview, KY passed away April 6, 2025, at his residence. He was born in Garfield, KY on January 7, 1953, son of the late Harold J. and Ruth Davis Horsley. Ikey was a self-employed auto repair man. He enjoyed riding horses and four wheelers, camping and fishing. He loved family time and was always in charge of refreshments. He was on the go all the time and enjoyed seeing new places.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 3 siblings: Lenora Gretch, Glenda Cheatham and Ronnie Horsley.
Ikey is survived by his wife Sandy Horsley of Westview, KY
Daughter: Melissa Lucas of Cloverport, KY
2 granddaughters: Taylor and Tori Lucas
3 sisters: Sally Hinton of Shelbyville, KY; Sue Snyder of Cloverport, KY and Connie LaMora of Oregon

Funeral services will be held at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home on Friday, April 11, 2025, at 11 AM with burial in the St. Mary of the Woods Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday, 3:30 – 8 PM and after 8:30 AM on Friday. All times are central.
