Martine Revlett

Martine Revlett 85, of Sacramento, Kentucky passed away Friday, April 4, 2025 at her home. Martine Saddler was born December 10, 1939 in the Rosewood Community of southern Muhlenberg County to the late John and Annie Duvall Saddler and was married to Hershel Ray Revlett on July 22, 1961.

Martine’s family moved to Bremen area, where she helped run the restaurant at the skating rink in Sacramento. She was a graduate of Bremen High School and the Owensboro School of Nursing.

Martine was a homemaker, earlier worked as a LPN at the former McLean County General Hospital, and was a member of Calhoun United Methodist Church. She enjoyed gardening and canning and spent many years following her grandchildren playing basketball, volleyball, baseball, and other sports. She was their #1 cheerleader. In her recent years, Martine enjoyed going to the Health Park swimming classes, where she built several lasting friendships.

In addition to her parents, Martine was preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Hershel Revlett, who died November 11, 2005; a daughter, Melinda Revlett; and by five sisters, Sue Vincent, Rebecca Peveler, Eunice Ellis, Mae Skipworth, and Rachel Boganoski.

Martine is survived by a daughter, Belinda Hill (Lee) of Bremen; two sons, John Revlett (Mary) of Robards and Rodney Revlett (Kim) of Sacramento; eight grandchildren, Ashley Revlett (Ian), Jared Revlett, Adam Revlett (Jennifer), Jessika Noffsinger (Spenser), Taylor Colvin (Tyler), Jacob Revlett (Carlee), Jordan Revlett, and Brandon Blade (Paula); 17 great-grandchildren; and a special niece, Bonnie Lyons of Central City.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, April 8, 2025 at Muster Funeral Homes, Calhoun Chapel. Burial will be in the New Cypress Cemetery in McLean County. Friends may visit with Martine’s family from 4:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. Monday and from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. Tuesday at Musters in Calhoun.
