
Judy Pendley 83, of Owensboro, Kentucky passed away Monday, March 24, 2025 at her home in Owensboro. Judith Arnold Blanchard was born February 25, 1942 in Hopkins County, Kentucky to the late Rufus Arnold and Hilda Clarise Wood Blanchard and was married to Carston Foley Pendley on April 22, 1977.
Judy was a homemaker and member of Little Flock Holiness Church. She loved reading her Bible and hearing as well as sharing the gospel. Judy was an excellent cook, she enjoyed cooking and feeding as well as spending time with both her family and friends.
In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by her husband of 35 years, Foley Pendley, who died March 2, 2013 and by a daughter, Debbie Blincoe.
Judy is survived by two daughters, Elizabeth Ferguson and Pamela Mackay both of Owensboro; a son, Rudy Pendley of Lewisport; a special friend, who was like her own daughter, Kay Gribbins (Tim) of Campbellsville; 5 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, March 27, 2025 at Muster Funeral Homes, Calhoun Chapel. Burial will be in the Nickel Ridge Cemetery in Daviess County. Friends may visit with Judy’s family from 10:30 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. Thursday at Musters in Calhoun.
