Anna Marie Locke, 65, of Owensboro, passed away on Thursday, March 13, 2025 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. She was born January 3, 1960 in Owensboro to the late Robert Jarboe and Anna Bell Simpson Payne. Ann was an artist, loved playing video games with her grandchildren, gardening, old cars, riding motorcycles, her dogs, and most importantly, she loved spending time with her family and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Darrell Payne and her twin grandchildren.
She is survived by three daughters, Jennifer (Shawn) Reed, Jamie (Tyler) Hobbs, and Sherri (Brandon Greer) Richards; two sons, Jason (Erika) Locke and Jeremy (Tonya) Locke; 31 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; one brother, Paul Payne; one sister, Beverly (Lewis) Barnes; her lifelong partner, Lisa French; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm. on Tuesday, March 18, 2025 at James H. Davis Funeral Home and Crematory. Burial will follow in Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation is from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm on Tuesday at the funeral home.
