Stanley Lee Huff, Sr.

HARTFORD-Stanley Lee Huff, Sr. (Bimbo/Dusty) 72, of Hartford, KY, passed away at home on February 11, 2025 surrounded by his loving family. Born on September 17, 1952 in Hartford, He was married to the love of his life, Faye Huff, for 43 years before her early passing. He was the rock of the family and amazing father of Danielle Coffman, Heather Curtis, and Stanley Huff Jr.

Daddy was a proud Army Veteran and retired from AT&T after over 30 years. As hard as he worked to provide for his family, he worked just as hard to make memories with them.

Our Daddy had a heart as big as any, and would do anything he could to help family, friends and strangers alike: One of his proudest legacies is Huff Lake, the personal family lake and happy place he built. He loved his family, life, laughing, and making others laugh too. A character like no one will ever know again. His kindness only matched by his orneriness. He left a lasting impact on everyone who knew him.

Daddy didn’t sit still much and he enjoyed dog training for years, fishing, hunting, and working on his lake. His love for his family was unmeasured, leaving a mark on us that will never fade.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Marvin and Anona Huff. He is survived by his three children: Danielle Coffman (Bud), Heather Curtis (Brian), Stanley Huff Jr.; Nine grandchildren: Brennon Tucker, Brie Coffman, Braidey Coffman, Chaela Curtis, Kenzie Curtis, Cole Curtis, Brier Coffman, Shane Coffman, James Coffman; and three great-grandchildren Arrow Tucker, Oliver Tucker, and Oakley Tucker. Seven siblings: Dennis Huff (Carolyn), Annette DuQuette (Al), Janace McMonigal (Gerald), Phyllis Flener (Roger), Linda Morris (Danny), Marva Dean Fauci (Frank), Kay Flynn, many, many nieces and nephews, as well as many friends and extended family members who will miss him dearly.
