DRAKESBORO – Larry Gene Majors, 71, of Drakesboro, died Sunday, February 9, 2025 at 1:01PM at his residence. Mr. Majors was born November 3, 1947 in Muhlenberg County. He was of the Baptist faith. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, using his CB radio, and gardening. He was preceded in death by his parents, Herman and Virginia Majors, and seven brothers.
He is survived by his wife, Lois Marie Rhodes Majors; daughter, Rhonda (Richard) Harris; son, Robert Majors; granddaughter, Ursula Harris; several adopted children and grandchildren; brother, Freddie Majors; and nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Thursday, February 13, 2025 at 12PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Bro. Ray Daugherty officiating. Burial in Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 10AM-12PM at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
