Basil Anthony “Tony” Huffines, 83, of Utica, passed away on Saturday, February 8, 2025 at Twin Rivers Nursing and Rehabilitation. He was born December 10, 1941 in Breckenridge County, KY to the late Russell and Martine Brown Huffiness.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Huffines; and siblings, Lois Huffines, Mike Huffines, Ronald Huffines, and Junior Huffines.
He is survived by a son, Mark Huffines (Marcia); three grandchildren, Makayla Powers (Matthew), Matthew Huffines, and Myles Huffines; great-grandson, Oliver Powers; siblings, Agnes Huffines, Richard Huffines (Jean), Larry Huffines, and Norman Huffines; and several nieces and nephews.
There will be no service or visitation. James H. Davis Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
