Patrick “PB” Rapier Boarman, 80, of Owensboro, passed away on February 8, 2025. He was born, on October 15, 1944, to the late Hugh and Grace Boarman.
PB was a retired farmer and fabricator who loved watching NASCAR, tinkering in his shop, mud bogg racing, smoking cigars, going to the river and boating, and spending time with friends and family.
Along with his parents, PB is preceded in death by his brothers, Jim Bill Boarman, Leon Boarman, Mike Boarman, and Terry Boarman, and his sister, Kathleen Gysels.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 45 years, Judith McKinney Boarman; his children, Lisa (Todd) Crabtree, Jackie (Jeremy) Gates, and Hugh Patrick “HP” (Ashley Marret) Boarman; his grandchildren, Michael Crabtree, Anna (Nathan) Simmonds, and Lucas Gates; his great-granddaughter, Sadie; his siblings, Kenneth (Johanna) Boarman, John Boarman, Dennis Boarman, Mary Lou (Bill) Whitt, and many nieces and nephews.
Friends and family are invited to visitation, at Haley McGinnis Funeral Home and Crematory, on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Sharing of Memories will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, at Haley McGinnis Funeral Home and Crematory.
