Franklin Everett Snyder, age 78 of Hardinsburg, KY passed away February 6, 2025, at his residence. He was born in Daviess County, KY on October 22, 1946, son of the late Oscar and Barbara Riley Snyder. He attended Restorations Church and retired from Century Aluminum. He was a former member of the Breckinridge County Community Center, where he enjoyed playing golf. He spent time hunting, fishing and flower gardening.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife JoAnn Snyder, infant twins, siblings Jean Whitfill, Joseph Snyder, Tim Snyder, John Snyder and Griffin Snyder.
Frank is survived by 2 children: Beth Whitfill ( Eddie) of Hardinsburg, KY and Gary Snyder of Elizabeth, IN.
9 grandchildren: Frank Whitfill (Abbie), Audrey Hinton (Dustin), Jason Whitfill (Julie), Aaron Whitfill (Jaclyn), Ashley Whitfill, Ryan Whitfill, Austin Whitfill, Hunter Snyder and Kathryn Snyder
8 great grandchildren: Raylan, Wyatt, Harper, Cooper, Colbie, Ava, Ayla and Grant
4 brothers: David Snyder (JoCarol) of Hawesville, KY; Pete Snyder (Lois) of Hawesville, KY; Phil Snyder (Cathy) of Constantine, KY and Lawrence Snyder (Charlotte) of Florida
1 sister: Bonnie Royalty of Constantine, KY

Funeral services will be held at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home on Monday, February 10, 2025, at 1:30 PM with burial in the Ivy Hill Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 11 AM on Monday. All times are central.
