Brittany Marie Johnson, 33, of Owensboro, passed away on January 2, 2025. She was born on October 3, 1991, to Charles Inklebarger and Susan (David) Johnson Brockwell. Brittany enjoyed art, fishing, working outside, and tinkering.
Brittany is preceded in death by her papaw, Dennis Rowland Daugherty, her great-grandmother, Annie Abigail Poole, her uncles, Glenn and Timothy Whitworth, and her friend, Eric Presley.
Those left to cherish her memory include her son, William Shane Norris; mother, Susan Brockwell; father, Charles Inklebarger; siblings, Destiny McGehee, Racheal (Conner) Johnson, and Jacklyn (Kenneth) Jackson-Ash; grandmothers, Mary Marie Daugherty, Loretta Hamilton, and Barbara Cauley; grandfather, Roy Johnson, Sr.; uncles, James, and Ronald Whitworth and Roy Johnson; her nieces and nephews, Gabrielle, Tyler, Rylie, Gracelyn, Kayden, and Jaxon, and her godson, Windom Ford Braden.
A Sharing of Memories will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 16, 2025, at Haley McGinnis Funeral Home & Crematory. Friends and family are invited to visitation on Thursday, January 16, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., at the funeral home.
