Billie June Spence, 64, of Owensboro, passed away December 18, 2024, at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. The Daviess County native was born to Fred and Martha Cook on June 13, 1960. Billie enjoyed watching game shows, spending quality time with her family and friends, and watching her grandson grow and flourish.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Those left to cherish her memories are her sons, Eric Spence (Nate Slaton) of Destin, FL, and Leon (Andrea) Spence of Owensboro; brothers, Terry Cook, Keith Cook, Scott Cook, and Marty Cook; sister, Mary Lou Dockery; grandson, Jordyn Spence; as well as many nieces and nephews, who she loved as deeply as her own children.
