Kayla Reneé Comeaux, 30, of Owensboro, passed away on October 30, 2024. She was born on February 14, 1994, to her parents, James Comeaux and Angelica “Angel” Thomas.
Kayla was an alumni member of VOA Recovery Freedom House and enjoyed playing cards, and helping others. She loved all animals, especially her cats, Baby, and Hunny Bunny. Friends and family will remember her as a great mother, amazing cook, and funny person whose laugh would light up a room.
Preceding her in death are her daughter, Zhriah Comeaux, and grandparents, Betty and Herbert Comeaux, and Lenora Posey.
Including her parents, those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Stormi Comeaux, her siblings, Lenora Thibodeaux, James Posey, Michael Posey, Mitchell Posey, her grandfather, Bobby “T-boy” Thomas, and nine cherished nieces and nephews.
