Cherished wife and mother, Linda G. Schwartz, 81, passed away on Friday, October 11, 2024, in Owensboro, Kentucky, under the care of Hospice & Palliative Care of Western Kentucky. She was born on September 27, 1943, to Lloyd Chester Miller and Mary Pauline (Feldpausch) Miller.
Along with her parents, Linda is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Eugene Schwartz, her son, Stephen Schwartz, her siblings, Jerry, Wayne, and Donnie Miller, and her daughter-in-law, Barbara Schwartz.
Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Jerry (Alicia) Schwartz, Todd (Holly) Schwartz, Rodney (Priscilla) Schwartz, Troy (Kara) Schwartz, and Kasha (Mike) Phillips; her grandchildren, Derek (Nicole) Schwartz, Josh Schwartz, Stephanie Jackson (Clint), Alexander Schwartz, Ryan Schwartz, Jeremy Schwartz, Dylan (Janette) Schwartz, Bridget Schwartz, Margaret Schwartz, Brooke Schwartz, Abby Baughman, Molly Baughman, and Rianna Schwartz; two great-grandchildren with one great-grandchild on the way; and her siblings, Joyce (Jimmy) Riney and Gary (Lois) Miller.
Latin Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at Haley McGinnis Funeral Home, with Reverend Father Joshua Jacobs officiating. Entombment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery. Friends and family are invited to visitation on Monday, October 14, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at Haley McGinnis Funeral Home and Crematory. Fr. John Vaughan will lead in prayer at 6:00 p.m. Visitation will resume on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at Haley McGinnis Funeral Home and Crematory, from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service.
