Marion Curry, 68, of Owensboro, passed away September 29, 2024, at Signature Healthcare at Hillcrest. The Daviess County native was born December 5, 1955 to the late James and Ada Curry. Marion worked as a licensed practical nurse in Madisonville for majority of his career. He also enjoyed watching and rooting for his favorite college basketball team, University of Kentucky.
In addition to his parents, Marion was preceded in death by his brother, Leon Curry and an uncle, Cenus Curry.
Those surviving him include his nieces, Keshia Norris and Heather Owen-Rankin; sister-in-law, Patricia Curry; great nieces, Amaya Curry, Alivia Norris, Ambrielle Norris, and Aleah Sanders; and great nephew, Michael Norris.
A private family service was held to honor Marion’s life.
