Ralph L. Taul, age 93 of McQuady, KY passed away July 27, 2024, at Signature of Elizabethtown. He was born in Hardinsburg, KY on August 18, 1930, son of the late Pat and Pearl Lyons Taul. Ralph was a member and deacon at Corinth Baptist Church and a veteran of the United States Air Force having served in the Korean War. He was a lifelong grain and livestock farmer. One of his favorite hobbies was working with his bee hives, something he began as a teenager. He gave back to his community over the years by serving on the Breckinridge County Board of Education, Breckinridge County Soil Conservation District Board and Southern States Board of Directors. He had a wonderful outlook on life and strong work ethic, which he instilled in his children. He loved his family and was extremely proud of each of them.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Mary Catherine and siblings Phil Taul, Helen Murrell Taul and Maurice Taul.
Ralph is survived by 3 children: Debra (Ron) McCamish; Ralph Douglas (Sherrie) Taul and Darren (Stacey) Taul.
7 grandchildren: Tyler (Betsey) McCamish, Logan McCamish, Lane Taul, Chase (McKenzie) Taul, Adalee Taul, Alaina Taul and Madeline Taul.
2 great grandchildren: Rory and Wells McCamish.
Funeral services will be held at Corinth Baptist Church on Wednesday, July 31, 2024, at 11 AM with burial in the McQuady Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the church on Tuesday, 5 – 8 PM and Wednesday after 10 AM.
