Sara Ann Howard, 81, of Utica, Kentucky passed away on Saturday, April 6, 2019 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. She was born February 6, 1938 in Lancaster, Pennsylvania to the late Roy and Ruth Newcomer Nissley. Sara made friends easily and was well liked by everyone she met. She was a happy and most loving housewife. Sara was a very neat housekeeper and always liked everything neat, clean and in its place.
Survivors include her husband of 39 years, Joseph Howard; sisters, Mary Jane Nissley and Barbara Sue Nissley; and a brother, Wilbur Nissley.
Graveside services will be at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 11, 2019 at Red Hill Baptist Church Cemetery, Utica. James H. Davis Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
