Alaya Brice, 23 of Owensboro, passed away on July 5, 2024. She was born on October 8, 2000 in Owensboro to Dana Hagan. Alaya had an infectious smile, she was a free spirit, who loved and genuinely cared for everyone. In 2008 Lay played on the Bills football team for an undefeated season and undefeated playoffs on the offensive line, known by her coaches as a “Hardhitter”.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Charolette Hagan Revlett.
Left to cherish her memory, her mother, Dana Hagan (Mike Dulin); Father, Robert Brice; grandfathers, Mike Hagan and Rufus Dulin; grandmothers, Gayle Brice Rutledge and Alverna “China” Dulin; “Baby Daddy” and 2nd Mom, Mandy Schroader; siblings, Ajay Brice, Aiden Brice, Jacy Brice, Tyrese Shaw, Michael Dulin, Jr., Shapel Dulin, Kaeshawn Dulin, LaBron Dulin, Daniel Davenport, Michya Dulin; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, and nieces.
Celebration of Life service will be at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 13, 2024 at James H. Davis Funeral Home & Crematory. Visitation is from 10:00-2:00 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home.
