Alan G. Crundwell, 66, of Philpot, passed away on Thursday, June 27, 2024 at his home. He was born on August 28, 1957 in Lake County, IN to the late Robert and Doris Crundwell. Alan was retired from the U.S. Post Office and was an Army and Navy Veteran. He attended Wesleyan Christian Center and was a member of the Rotary Club in PA. Alan enjoyed fishing, and his fur babies.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife of 39 years, Mary Crundwell; and a sister, Myra Parciak.
Survivors include his children, Shon Gambrel (Amy), Heather Britt (Adam), and Ashlee Crundwell; grandchildren, Adam, Brooke, Bailey, and Andrew; and a brother, Robert Crundwell.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Monday at James H. Davis Funeral Home and Crematory. Services will be live-streamed at www.davisfuneralhome.com. Burial with Military Honors will follow in Owensboro Memorial Gardens. Visitation is from 12:00 p.m. until time of service on Monday at the funeral home.
