Donald Eugene Daniel, 72 of Madisonville, KY, passed away on Friday, June 21, 2024 at his home. He was born on May 8, 1952 in Owensboro to the late Walter “Pete” Daniel and Anna Merritt Daniel. Donnie enjoyed coon hunting, riding horses, and spending time with his family.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Raymond Daniel.
Survivors include his wife of 19 years, Pamela Jane Daniel; children, Charles Ivie, Harvey Ivie, Joseph Ivie, Jeri Ann Payne, Donald Basham, and Emily Ann Daniel; brother, Charles Thurman Daniel; sister, Martha McCarty; 13 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial service will be at Noon on Tuesday, June 25, 2024 at James H. Davis Funeral Home & Crematory. Visitation is after 10:00 on Tuesday at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the Donald Daniel Memorial Fund, 3009 Frederica Street, Owensboro, KY 42301.
