Wanda F. Logan, 75, of Owensboro, passed away Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. She was born May 19, 1949 in Owensboro to the late Ernest Robert Blair and Margaret Hallie Merritt Blair. Wanda was of the Catholic faith. She enjoyed cooking, listening to music, camping and fishing. Wanda loved spending time with family and having family gatherings.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James B. Logan; and a brother, Scott Blair.
She is survived by two daughters, Angela Dawn McFadden (Jesse) and Shawn Andrea Dowden (Montez Walls); five grandchildren, C.J. Coleman, Hallie Savage, Dakota McFadden, Kayla Newton and Logan Dowden; five great-grandchildren; eight brothers, Doug Blair (Sheila), Jewell Ray Blair (Sharon), Donnie Blair (Carol), Roy Lee Blair (Elaine), Tommy Blair (Donna), Larry Blair (Bertha), Richard Blair (Gary), and Bill Blair (Tabitha); three sisters, Janice Blair Shouse, Ann Blair Wheatley (Junior), and Rhonda Blair Emmick (Kevin); and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, June 18, 2024 at Sts. Joseph and Paul Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Visitation is from 3 to 7 on Monday with prayers at 6:30 p.m. and visitation is after 9 a.m. on Tuesday at James H. Davis Funeral Home and Crematory.
