Daynon Snyder Brown, age 93 of Prospect, KY and formerly of Hardinsburg, passed away June 3, 2024 at Norton Brownsboro Hospital. He was born in Woodrow, KY on November 18, 1930, son of the late Allie James and Helen Compton Brown. Daynon retired from First State Bank after many years in the banking industry and served on the Meade County Bank Board of Directors. He enjoyed traveling across the United States as well as other countries, with river cruises being his favorite. He was a lifelong farmer and with a passion for buying and selling real estate. He loved being with his family celebrating birthdays and holidays. He enjoyed dancing and was quite good on his feet.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Joline, daughter and son-in-law Vicki and Bob Ramsier and his brother BC and James Edward Brown.

8 grandchildren: Greg (Corinne) Ramsier, Jessica (Steven) Seeberger, Candace (Amit) Dulabh, Paige (Caleb) Noland, Jackson Brown, Sarah (Josh) Santana, Season Hoskins and Benjamin Amarillis (Jorge Vergara)
14 great grandchildren: JT, Luci and Abbi Seeberger; Remin, Sailam and Kaavi Dulabh; Palmer and Dawson Noland, Josie, Gabe and Eli Hoskins; Cash Wheeler; Quincy ad Olivia Santana
A memorial service will be held at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home on Thursday, June 6, 2024 at 5 PM with visitation beginning at 3 PM. All times are central.
