Donna Kay Tice Colbert, 62, of Owensboro was called to her heavenly home on March 25, 2019. She was born to Billy and Dorothy Hale Tice on March 27, 1956 in Daviess County, KY. She was a member of Life Community Church. Donna loved to watch UK basketball, spending time with her family and most of all her two grandsons, Jayden and Issac, and her two dogs, Sassy and Pepe. She was a huge Alan Jackson fan and loved spending time at the beach. Donna worked at Kelly & Wilmore Co. and recently retired from Owensboro Pediatrics. She is preceded in death by her husband, Bruce Colbert.
Donna is survived by her daughter, Mindi Mills (Rodney); son, Jarad Howard (Susie Hudson); grandsons, Jayden and Issac Mills; granddaughter, Taylor Mills; and her parents, Billy and Dorothy Tice.
Services will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday, March 28, 2019 in the chapel at James H. Davis Funeral Home & Crematory with Rev. Kenny Rager officiating. Burial will follow in Owensboro Memorial Gardens. Visitation is from 4 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday and after 9 a.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
