HOPKINSVILLE, KY., Joyce Ann Hope Cook, 86 of Hopkinsville, formerly of Greenville passed away at her home on May 1, 2024 after a lengthy illness. She was born February 18, 1938 the daughter of Henry Ellis Hope and Irene Lee Hope. Joyce was a housewife and homemaker and a member of Hopkinsville Second Baptist Church. She enjoyed her many collections and various crafting projects throughout her life.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her son-in-law Jerry D. Vick, and 1 brother, Edwin V. Hope, who died in infancy.
She is survived by her husband of 65 years Donald L. Cook of Hopkinsville, 1 daughter Karen L. Vick of Hopkinsville, 1 son Timothy A. Cook of Indianapolis, IN., 1 sister Marjorie H. Jones of Greenville, 1 sister-in-law Betty Carol Mayes of Evansville, IN., Several nieces, nephews, great
nieces and nephews.
All services will be private.
Gary’s Funeral Home of Greenville has been entrusted with the care of Mrs. Cook and is in charge of arrangements.
