Terry “Beatle” Eugene Wahl, 77, of Owensboro, passed away Saturday, April 13, 2024 at his home. He was born April 1, 1947 in Owensboro to the late Noble Eugene Wahl and Mary Helen Gardener Wahl. Beatle was a retired bus driver for the City of Owensboro, was an appliance repairman and was a U.S. Army veteran. He graduated from Owensboro High School in 1966. He enjoyed University of Louisville basketball, fishing, drag racing and all animals, especially his side kick, Pete.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Randall Dean Wahl and Lynn Ray Wahl; and his dog, Monster.
Survivors include his wife of 37 years, Jeanie Wahl; son, Brandon Sims (Mallory); grandson, Colton Bivins; two sisters, Becky Mattingly and Sharon Ross (Harold); two brothers, Berry Wahl (Nikki) and Gerry Wahl (Candy); and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation is from 3 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday at James H. Davis Funeral Home and Crematory.
