Julia Sutton Dowlen, 47, of Owensboro passed away April 3, 2024. She was born in Joplin, Missouri on October 3, 1976, to Gerald and Deborah Sutton. Julia had a fun-loving attitude towards life that was infectious. She was young at heart and enjoyed music, dancing, and funny cat videos.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Gerald and Deborah Sutton.
Left to cherish her memories is her husband, Carl Dowlen; children, Bryan Tubbs and Joshua Clodfelter; and siblings, Carrie Sutton-Wells and Ryan Sutton.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
