Patti J. Garst 82, of Owensboro, Kentucky passed away Monday, April 8, 2024 at Chautauqua Health and Rehabilitation in Owensboro. Patti Jean Hurt was born December 12, 1941 in Iron Mountain, Missouri to the late Delbert Jonce and Anna Ida Snow Hurt and was married to Fred Harold Garst, Sr. on November 29, 1959.
Patti retired as an agent from Prudential Insurance Company. She enjoyed both drawing and painting.
Patti is survived by a son, Fred ‘Butch’ Garst, Jr. (Stephanie) of Owensboro; two daughters, Vickie Hodskins (Kenny) and Cynthia Tong (Jeff) both of Owensboro; 7 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, April 13, 2024 at Island Community Cemetery in McLean County. Friends may visit with Patti’s family from 12:30 P.M. until 1:45 P.M. Saturday at Muster Funeral Homes, Calhoun Chapel.
