Jeffery Howard Jarboe, age 61 of Hardinsburg, KY passed away March 17, 2024. He was born in Hardinsburg, KY on March 19, 1962. Jeff was a proud veteran of the United States Army. He was an employee of the Breckinridge County Road Department and a Kentucky Colonel. Jeff operated a very successful online business where he sold and shipped vinyl records. He was a World War II history buff, who spent many hours and years researching the military career of his uncle Howard Jarboe, as well as others. Jeff was a very quiet, reserved man whose smile spoke volumes.
