Joseph S. Franek, Jr., 75, of Owensboro passed away March 11, 2024, at Owensboro Medical Health System. He was born February 24, 1949, in Rockville, Connecticut to the late Joseph Steven Franek, Sr. and Anastasia Krowchenko Franek.
Joseph retired as the Director of Residential Life after thirty-three years at the State University of New York, College at Brockport.
Joseph enjoyed sports, was a Red Sox fan, and enjoyed watching UConn Women’s Basketball.
Surviving include his wife of over fifty years, Claire R. Franek, and his brother David M. (Mary) Franek.
