Cindy Cook, age 48 of Hardinsburg, KY passed away March 5, 2024 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital.. She was born in Evansville, IN on June 29, 1975, daughter of the late Edward and Rita Hughes Smith. Cindy was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church and former EMT with Breck. Central Ambulance Service. She loved spending time in her home entertaining and cooking for her family. Her grandchildren and dog Otis were her world.

Funeral services will be held at Hillcrest Baptist Church on Saturday, March 9, 2024 at 11 AM with burial in Hillcrest Haven. Visitation will be held at the church on Friday, 3:30 – 7 PM and Saturday, 9 – 11 AM.
