Martha Elizabeth Gray, 92, of Owensboro, passed away on February 25, 2024, at Twin Rivers Nursing and Rehabilitation. She was born May 25, 1931, in Cannelton, Indiana, to the late Harold Gray and Emma Bell Gray. Martha retired from Davco Rest Home where she worked as an aid. She enjoyed Bingo, crossword puzzles, and watching game shows.
Along with her parents, Martha was preceded in death by her sister, Mary Williams, and her nephew, Dennis Williams.
She is survived by her; niece and nephew, Blanche (Dennis Cooper) Williams and Robert (Vermell) Williams; great-nieces and nephews, Amber Williams, Tiffany Williams, Michael Williams, Robert Williams, Eric Williams, Christopher Williams, and Shanta Williams; 17 great-great-nieces and nephews; and 4 great-great-great-nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, March 4, 2024, at Haley McGinnis Funeral Home & Crematory. Burial to follow at Owensboro Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
