Peggy Darlene Emberton, age 69 of Hardinsburg, KY passed away February 17, 2024 at Breckinridge Memorial Hospital. She was born in Glendale, KY on August 4, 1954, daughter of the late Willard and Margaret Hazelwood Scott. Peggy was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church and a homemaker. She enjoyed singing and playing the guitar, raising a garden, canning vegetables and crocheting afghans. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandchild Taylor Paige Emberton, brother Willard “Little Man” Scott, Jr. and sister Patty Burgess.

Funeral services will be held at Hillcrest Baptist Church on Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at 12 PM with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation will begin at 9:30 AM on Tuesday. All times are central.
