Charlotte Marie Ralph devoted mother, grandmother, and sister went home to our Lord on Friday February 16, 2024 surrounded by her big loving family. She was born to the late William (Buster) & Catherine (Barrett) Hardesty on September 14, 1955 in Daviess County, KY. She retired from the Carmel Home after 34 years of service and left behind many adoring coworkers and patients that became family. She enjoyed many hobbies that included reading, crocheting, playing many computer games, enjoying many casino days and special trips with her sisters, participating in any of her children and grandchildren’s activities that she could and spending as much time with family as she could.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her son, Christopher Ralph and a brother, Fred Hardesty.
Survivors include her children; Sandra Boling, Jeffrey Ralph, Jamie Ralph, and Selena Ralph; grandchildren, Dillon Williams, Dalton Ralph, Karissa Ralph, Rowan Ralph, Madison Ralph, Emily Ralph, and Lily Ralph; great grandchildren, Liam, Elijah, and Asher; siblings, Daniel Hardesty, Joe Hardesty, Theresa Stallings, Jerry Hardesty, Monica Rhodes, Susan Boarman, Mary Lou Brumley, Dottie Pogue and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 am Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at St. Mary of the Woods Catholic Church. Visitation will be from 3:00-7:00 on Monday with Prayers at 5:00 p.m. at Cecil Funeral Home. Burial will be at a later date in St. Mary of the Woods Cemetery.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the ALS Association or the Carmel Home.
