CAMPBELLSVILLE, KY., Terry Morton Wheeler, 59, of Campbellsville passed away on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at Jewish Hospital in Louisville, KY. He was born in Greenville on April 18, 1964 the son of Carroll Ress Wheeler and Joyce Dell Lee Wheeler. He worked in the auto industry as a car salesman and manager. He was of the Church of Christ faith and he loved fishing, hunting, and working on his farm. In addition to loving his family, he was proud of his dogs.
He was preceded in death by his father and twin granddaughters Veronica and Alexandra Hayes.
He is survived by his wife of 38 years Peggy Rickman Wheeler of Campbellsville, his mother Joyce Lee Wheeler of Greenville, a daughter Tiffany Buckman of Raywick, 5 grandchildren Trenton (Alayna) Hayes, David Buckman, Scottlyn Buckman, Kennedy Buckman, and Jack Buckman1 brother Perry Lee (Melissa) Wheeler of Franklin, 2 sisters Carol Ann (Charleston) Farber of Naples, FL and Tammie (George) McCauley of Central City.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 16, 2024 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and starting at 9:00 AM on Saturday, February 17, 2024 until time of funeral at Gary’s Funeral Home in Greenville, KY.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 17, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Gary’s Funeral Home in Greenville, KY with Rev. Charleston Farber and Rev. Jeremy Wagoner officiating. A burial will follow in Wyatt’s Cemetery in Ebenezer, KY.
